Does the price include surface preparation?
Yes — all prices include drain, pressure wash, acid wash, surface sanding and crack repair. No hidden extras.
Why is proper prep so important?
Surface preparation is what makes a pool paint last 10 years instead of 2. Without correct acid washing, sanding and crack repair, new epoxy will delaminate within 1–2 seasons — no matter how expensive the paint.
How accurate is the online price?
Your price is worked out from your pool's size, shape, condition and the colour you pick. It's good for 30 days and only changes if we find serious damage once work starts, like large cracks. If you gave us a rough size, we check it with you first. Most pools don't need a site visit.
Do you have any hidden fees?
No. Our quotes are transparent and itemised. The only extras that can affect the price are: structural crack repair (if the shell has moved), designer colour surcharge, or work outside normal hours.
